Operation/Customer Service Leader
1. Thai or Japanese Nationality, Male or Female, age 35 – 40 years
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
3. Having experience of working or studying in Japan or Japan Company.
4. Excellent in English and Japanese (N1,N2). In case of Japanese Nationality, English ability is required.
5. Having some work experience in Coordinator, Customer Service, or MLM business will be advantage
6. Posing Positive and Can Do Attitude,
7. Having a good personality, Interpersonal skill and Service mind.
8. Able to perform business trip in upcountry and oversea occasionally.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and Generate reports to the head quarter ( Inventory and logistics reports , Monthly Management Analysis reporting )
2. Handle request regarding system issues.
3. Handle products import related matters.
4. Manage stock inventory
5. Manage NPTH Homepage
6. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints
7. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
8. Aid customers in completing purchases and transactions
9. Process orders, forms, applications and requests
10. Perform as a contacting point between Naturally Plus Thailand and other countries
Monday to Friday:
9:30am to 18:30pm (First shift)
11:00pm to 20:00pm (Second shift)
(One hour lunch break )
