We are looking for the position of “Customer Service (Fluent in Japanese)”
Qualifications:
1. Male/ female age over 25 years.
2. Having 1-5 years’ experience in Customer Service, Sale / Marketing support.
3. Having ability to communicate fluently Japanese (N3 or higher); face to face, telephone, email
4. Good command of English will be advantage.
5. Having a great service mind and interpersonal skill.
6. Computer literacy.
7. Bachelor Degree or higher in any related field.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
• Aid customers in completing purchases and transactions
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• Manage customers’ accounts and perform transactions
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
• Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints and details of actions taken
•Monthly transfer of duties in circle with other 4 CS staff for Counter, Checkers, Cashier and Deliver process.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments; follow up on customer interactions
• and some other related work.
Working Hours:
5days/week
Monday to Sunday by rotation: 10.30am to 19:30pm
Or Saturday: 10.00am to 19.00pm (One hour lunch break)
